Everyone needs a little business in their back pocket. The College of Business offers a flexible and innovative minor in Business Administration designed for students from any major who want to gain practical business knowledge. The program is structured in a modular format that includes two main components: a foundation in essential business concepts and an elective portion that allows students to tailor the minor to align with their primary field of study or career goals. Through this structure, students build a strong understanding of the language, principles, and core functions of business, enabling them to apply these skills across a wide range of industries and professions.
In addition to completing the 21-credit minor, students have the opportunity to further specialize by earning certificates in areas such as Business-to-Business Selling, Entrepreneurship, or Music Business. This added flexibility allows students to customize their learning experience and enhance their qualifications, making the minor a valuable complement to virtually any major.
