Certificate in Leadership in Organizations

The College of Business offers a Certificate in Leadership in Organizations for students majoring in Business Administration. This program equips students with a research-based understanding of leadership principles while also providing hands-on opportunities to develop practical skills. These leadership competencies enhance students’ ability to secure employment, perform effectively in their roles, and advance in their careers, making the certificate valuable for students across all concentrations within the College of Business.
