Enrollment Deposit and Admission Confirmation

Newly-admitted on-campus freshmen and transfers must submit a non-refundable enrollment deposit to secure their place in the entering class. The enrollment deposit appears as a credit (pre-pay) on the student's first billing statement and is forfeited if the student doesn't enroll.

If payment of the enrollment deposit presents a financial hardship or if the full cost of attendance will be covered by a third party (e.g. international sponsor, 100% GI Bill® entitlement, athletic scholarship), students can request an enrollment deposit deferral. Students who received a need-based application fee waiver are eligible for an enrollment deposit deferral. When an enrollment deposit deferral is granted, the student's first billing statement will reflect all charges since no deposit was paid in advance.

Paying or deferring the enrollment deposit opens access to other critical steps in the enrollment process, including on-campus housing, Ram Orientation and course registration.

Refer to the appropriate admitted student guide for deadlines and instructions.
